Emma has great fun explaining to her five-year-old daughter about her diverse career over the past twenty years in different companies, countries and continents. She fixed laptops in her early days in IBM which causes a great giggle amongst her husband and daughter.
Following four years in IBM, she spent many exciting years in Australia and the south of France as a business consultant developing her love of growing people and businesses and watching them flourish.
She returned to Ireland in 2005 to work as a senior consultant leading transformational change in companies and recognised her passion for innovation and change. Emma joined PayPal in 2009 as Senior Operations Leader and played a key role in embedding a coaching culture and growth mindset among Leaders. She was the ‘go to’ Coach for many.
